So who did you say designed this?

Who did you say designed this site? (Look at the footer). Ive emailed the site owner about 2 days ago, there is no address or contact details that I can find on the site so I just tried info@... and webmaster@... - still no response. Im not after a credit to me, simply the current "Designed by" removed, as its clearly not.
